My Favorite Blush!

So, I am always in the hunt for a good blush.  In fact, I think that blush might be my favorite makeup product of all time because for me, it is just simply one of those "feel good" products.  One of the main things I look for in a blush is stay power, and these Tarte Amazonian Clay Blushes have some of the best stay power I have ever seen.  They go on like a dream and give a beautiful glow to the cheeks.  My current favorite is in the shade "amused".  It is a perfect summer color, adding a bright pop of pink to my look.  If you are looking for a softer shade of pink, I suggest "blissful", and if you are a bit more daring and want a bright coral to suit your summer look, go for "Tipsy".  If you go on Tarte's website, you can read all about the specifics with the formulation but all I know is that they are the ideal blush for me.  They retail for 25$ and are worth every penny.  I have been using mine since discovering them in January and still have not come close to hitting pan!
Let me know below what you think about these blushes and which is your favorite! xoxo

Are the Naked Palettes REALLY worth it?

For the longest time, I had put off the purchase of the Naked Palette because I just did not see the hype surrounding a palette of neutral colors.  With a hefty price tag of 50$, I was skeptical of not only the quality, but if I would actually get much use out of it.  After purchasing the Naked 2, let me tell you, I am DEFINITELY on the band wagon.
If there were any way for me to justify paying 50$ for a palette, it would be by simply saying the quality of these eye shadows are beyond anything I've ever used before.  The application and blending are a dream and the colors are so unique even for neutrals.  Personally, I prefer the Naked 2 over the original because they just suit my eye color better, but either one is a brilliant purchase in my book.
If you enjoy a good neutral eye as much as I do, then these shadows are a must.  Above are the swatches from the original palette.  The colors are all very warm toned and will add definition to any eye color.  The pigmentation is phenomenal and the highlight colors are to die for.

At first glance, the swatches of the Naked 2 Palette might look very similar to the original but in reality, they share plenty of differences.  The Naked 2 is much more cool toned, and has an amazing black.  Although it has more highlight shades then the original, I still prefer the color "virgin" to "bootycall" as a brow bone highlight.
All in all, these are beautiful palettes and will always have a place on my makeup counter. What do you guys think about the Naked Palettes, overrated or buzz-worthy?
